THE LANDSCAPE OF GARDENING AND SECURING LAND  IN PHILADELPHIA IS CHANGING.

A STRONG GRASSROOTS GARDENER NETWORK CAN INFLUENCE HOW THAT HAPPENS. _______________________________________________________________

The City is changing how it makes land accessible to gardeners and others -- We need new ways to preserve gardens on vacant and abandoned land.

A bill in Harrisburg could allow Philadelphia to create a land bank to manage vacant land.

The Zoning Code is changing to include urban gardening and farming.

The Planning Commission has started engaging in a district planning process that will impact the zoning maps, define priorities, and affect resources for communities.
